Muppet Avengers, part 5 of 13.

Animal as Bruce Banner.

If you saw both The Avengers and last year’s Muppet movie, you’ll see why this choice was so obvious. Both Animal and Bruce Banner spent their newest movies trying to keep their anger in control, only to ultimately realize that their special frenetic talent was key to saving the day. Plus, thinking of Animal as a genius is just hysterical.

Though Mark Ruffalo played both Banner and the Hulk, the two roles were traditionally played by separate actors. Expect another Muppet as the Hulk before too long. 

Up next: Like, I’ve got red on my ledger, and I want to wipe it out, fer sure.
